Experience + Knowledge = Amy Roth
Ultimately, the college application process is about finding the right fit for each student in order to position the student to thrive in college both academically and socially. Amy works with each student to get to know his or her academic and social interests, career plans, and the intangibles which may be important to each student. Amy’s collaborative approach to college counseling enables her to partner with her students to help them achieve their college goals.
Amy is a graduate of Tufts University and the University of Miami Law School. Amy organized the college fair for and worked with the college counselors at Miami Palmetto Senior High School for many years before starting her private practice. While Amy’s students primarily attend high school in South Florida, she has counseled many students throughout the United States, Latin America, Asia and Europe. She volunteers with Achieve Miami and Teach for America to help students in underserved communities navigate the college application process. Amy is a member of NACAC, the National Association of College Admission Counseling.
